Job Title: Software Developer
Position Overview
Massively.ai is a Chatbot and Conversational AI company based in Toronto. We help businesses connect with customers and automate common customer requests.
We do this through our platform called MAT by Massively, which enables businesses to build and instantly deploy Live Chat and custom AI Chatbot solutions without coding on websites and on other relevant marketing channels including Instagram, Facebook Messenger, SMS, Twitter, and Google Business Messages. Basic Qualifications
- Experience using most of our tech stack: MongoDB, Angular 2+, Node.js, and Flask
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Comfortable with Git workflow including pull requests and code reviews
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Enjoy solving problems
- Work autonomously and possess a sense of self-satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience building customer-facing SaaS applications
- Practical experience in NLP (semantic similarity, text summarization, text generation, question-answer systems)
- Practical experience using AI/ML frameworks such as: PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Knowledge of NLP/conversation AI frameworks such as: SpaCy, Hugging Face models, transformers, RASA, wit.ai
- Experience using AWS
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
Duties and responsibilities
- You will be responsible for supporting the technical aspects of the MAT by Massively platform and client onboarding work.
- You will collaborate in building, optimizing, and adding features to the MAT by Massively Platform and chatbot applications for clients.
- Communicate ideas and solutions to teammates and developers.
