eBay – 12 Days of Deals

The project

Massively created a custom Facebook Messenger bot to establish eBay Canada as a great place to find hidden deals over the holiday season. The goal was to engage in conversation with a targeted list of users, explicitly interested in eBay Canada’s offers, and to deliver “insider information” about holiday events with a fun, “direct to you” deals experience. The chatbot featured a series of direct messages, asking users to subscribe for teaser offers during the 12 Days of Deals event to drive discovery and purchases.
