What is the AI component?

Our approach combines optimal conversational design with the smartest Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technology. Massively uses proprietary algorithms to bring the user through a meaningful conversation. Our system understands the user’s input using Natural Language Processing and can be made even more sophisticated by integrating outside AI agents, such as wit.ai and IBM Watson, among others.
