More than a recommendation engine, this bot acts as a 24/7 sales agent for one of the largest book publishers in the world.  Launched on Facebook Messenger and Kik, Massively has developed a scalable solution that enables the publisher to have conversations with its community, engage its fans, and promote content sharing.

The project

Massively built an experience for book lovers that is different from the books themselves. We utilized a multimedia approach incorporating gifs, picture suggested responses, and carousels linking to website content to visually appeal to an audience that is accustomed to consuming lines of text.
